“Why is the carpet all wet, TODD??”
-Margot
This dress may look elegant AF, but the inspo was all sorts of quirky!! From my own mom’s loud-yet-classy style, to my #1 red carpet jumpsuit look by Gwen Stefani, to my favorite Christmas movie ever (“I don’t know, MARGOT…”), the Deborah takes the asymmetrical looks I’ve adored over the years and compiles them in to one sleek, sexy piece.
Made of stretchy black bengaline and floral lace, this gown has a knack for flattering bodies of every shape and size!! The bodice has a ruched, cutout illusion over half of the bust, including built-in padding for structure alongside nude lining for modesty. Unlined cutouts are present at the waist and leg. The back hides a long, black zipper for convenience. And then there’s the star of the show—breezy yet dramatic bell sleeves.
