How quickly will my bag ship?
Our "ready-to-ship" bags ship out within 1-3 days after payment is received. Our "pre-order" bags will ship out once they are finished being made, anywhere from 2-4 weeks, generally. 

If you ever need an item by a certain date, please contact us, ahead of time and we will see what we can do for you. PLEASE contact us BEFORE purchasing.

What shipping method does Witchwood Bags use?
We always ship with USPS mail. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please note: Signature confirmation is required for all U.S. packages.

Does Witchwood Bags ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship all over! Unfortunately, we can no longer ship to China, Germany, Italy or Spain.
All VAT/customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I customize a Witchwood Bag?
We LOVE custom orders! Please contact us via our custom order page to send us over your requests. Please keep in mind custom orders can take up to 4-6 weeks, depending on where we are in our production cycle and how advanced the request is. We reserve the right to refuse any copyright/trademarked phrases or characters or anything we deem unfit for our brand. Contact us for more information.

What is Witchwood Bags’ cancellation/return policy?
We hope that everyone is absolutely in love with their Witchwood Bag, however, there are times when things just don't work out, and we understand, which is why we always offer returns, for any reason. All we ask is that we are contacted before returning, for a return authorization.

However, please keep in mind, every return is subject to a 10% restocking fee (to cover lost fees and shipping) Also, we must be contacted about a return within 2 days (48 hrs) of the item being delivered, and the item must be in the mail shipped backed with tracking, within 3 days of delivery. The item must come back to us unused, and in the same condition that it was sent out in, or we will not issue a refund. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, as we are a small business.
Cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of the order being placed and are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover lost fees. 
PLEASE NOTE: Sale items (or items purchased with a coupon code), as well as any custom order cannot be returned. 
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your Witchwood Bags purchase, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.
We are not responsible for and can not be held liable for packages after they are marked delivered by USPS.

Any item returned to us, without our return authorization, for any reason (not paying customs fees, not picking up at post office, refused packages etc) will be relisted in our shop after 24 hours, and your payment forfeited. If you would like your item resent please contact us before the 24 hours and we will send you an invoice for shipping. We do not refund unauthorized returns/refused packages. You can ask for them to be reshipped again, but will need to pay for shipping again.

How do I care for my Witchwood Bag?
Store your Witchwood Bag in a safe place out of direct sunlight when it’s not in use.
Vegan leather: Our vegan leather is very soft and gentle, so we encourage you to be careful to prevent makeup stains or oils from your hands and food from getting on your bag. Aside from that, we encourage you to spot clean your bag with a dry or damp well wrung-out cloth for any dirt, dust, or food marks.

Please be advised our studio is pet friendly. Our special needs 4-legged assistants occasionally help out. We do our very best to remove any trace of them, shall they ever come in contact with your purchases, but if there is a severe allergy it may be best to purchase a bag elsewhere. We can not be held liable for any reaction, and purchasing is at the buyers own risk.
