READY-TO-SHIP items ship out within 24-48 hours.

MADE-TO-ORDER items (such as t-shirts, hats, etc.) will ship out in 7-10 business days. 

If you place an order with a mix of READY-TO-SHIP and MADE-TO-ORDER items, your order will ship out once everything for your order is made/completed.

If you purchased any PRE-ORDER items, the rest of your order will ship without those items and the PRE-ORDER items will ship when they become available.

If you ever need an item by a certain date, please contact us, ahead of time and we will see what we can do for you. PLEASE contact us BEFORE purchasing.

We generally ship via USPS or UPS. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Yes, we ship worldwide!! 

All VAT/customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Yes! Due to the handmade natural of many of our products, we can customize items such as hats, scarves, berets, etc. We LOVE custom orders! Please contact us via our custom order page or email to send us over your requests. Please keep in mind custom orders can take up to 4-6 weeks, depending on where we are in our production cycle and how advanced the request is. We reserve the right to refuse any copyright/trademarked phrases or characters or anything we deem unfit for our brand. Contact us for more information.

We hope that everyone is absolutely in love with their Witchwood purchase, however, there are times when things just don't work out, and we understand, which is why we always offer returns for STORE CREDIT (with just a few exceptions), so that you can order something else you will love. All we ask is that we are contacted before returning, for a return authorization.
Please keep in mind, the original shipping cost will not be returned, only the item price. Also, we must be contacted about a return within 2 days (48 hrs) of the item being delivered, and the item must be in the mail shipped backed with tracking, within 3 days of delivery. The item must come back to us unused, and in the same condition that it was sent out in, or we will not issue a STORE CREDIT. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, as we are a small business.

EXCEPTIONS to returns for STORE CREDIT:

*Hats/Berets & Earrings can not be returned (for hygienic reasons).

*Gift Cards are non-refundable.

*Sale items (or items purchased with a coupon code), as well as any custom order cannot be returned.


Cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of the order being placed and are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover lost fees. 







 If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your Witchwood purchase, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.


We are not responsible for and can not be held liable for packages after they are marked delivered by USPS.Any item returned to us, without our return authorization, for any reason (not paying customs fees, not picking up at post office, refused packages etc) will be relisted in our shop after 24 hours, and your payment forfeited. If you would like your item resent please contact us before the 24 hours and we will send you an invoice for shipping. We do not refund unauthorized returns/refused packages. You can ask for them to be reshipped again, but will need to pay for shipping again.
